Fees and steps checked on
Company documents such as a certificate of incorporation, a board resolution or a company power of attorney are commercial documents at MOFA. These are the current fees (checked 25 October 2026). No change for 2027 has been announced; we update this page when 2027 rates are published.
Price: our totals include the MOFA fee, any embassy and home country fees, and the courier. All prices are plus 5% VAT.

Planning a 2027 company file
Licence renewals, bank files and tender papers often fall due in the first quarter. A company document from abroad can take 3 to 7 weeks, so start in 2026 if the file is due early. Send all company papers together so one courier run covers them.

What drives the price of a company document
Three things set the total: where the document was issued, how many separate documents you send and whether a notary or chamber step is needed before the embassy. A board resolution and a power of attorney from the UK carry more steps than a certificate issued in the UAE, which is why they sit at the top of the table.
Company papers are checked closely. A signatory name that differs from the licence, a missing date or a copy instead of an original can stop a file at the first desk. We read each paper before submitting it and tell you if something must be redone, so you do not pay for a step that will be refused.
Send one photo of each document and say who will sign for the company. You then get the route, the time and one total price. Nothing is added after you agree.
