This website and the document service are operated by DubaiCertificateAttestation.com, a private document service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is not MOFA, a government office or an embassy.
What we collect
When you send the contact form. Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, e-mail if you give it, the document you need attested, the date you need it by, your emirate, and the details you choose to share.
When you message us on WhatsApp. The messages and any photos or copies of documents you send us there. We use document photos only to check the route and quote for your request.
When you hand over documents. The originals or copies needed to complete the attestation you asked for. Originals are returned to you when the work is done.
When you browse. Which pages you visit, how you arrived (for example from a search) and a random visit identifier.
We do not collect payment card details on this site.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, quote the total cost, carry out the attestation steps you ask for, meet our legal obligations, and understand which pages help visitors so we can improve the site.
Who helps us
- Hetzner hosts the server that stores enquiries.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
- Google Analytics measures visits. Ad personalisation is switched off.
- SendGrid delivers e-mail notifications of new enquiries to our team.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries conversations you start with us there.
- Authorities and couriers that each attestation step requires (for example a notary, a foreign ministry, an embassy, MOFA or a translator) receive the documents needed for that step only.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Document photos you send for a quote are deleted once they are no longer needed for your request. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.
