The fastest way is WhatsApp. Send a clear photo of the document, front and back, and one line on what it is for. The team replies with the stamps it needs, how long it takes and the total cost.
What to send
- A photo of the document, front and back, including any stamps already on it.
- The country that issued it.
- What it is for: family visa, work visa, golden visa, equivalency, school admission or something else.
- The emirate you are in, and your deadline.
Office
- Address: 33 41st Street, Al Khalaffi Building, Musalla Road, Al Fahidi Street, Bur Dubai, Dubai
- How to find us: near Sharaf DG Metro Station (Exit 3), next to Tea Pot Cafeteria
- Opening hours: Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9 am to 10 pm. Friday 9 am to 12:30 pm and 3 pm to 10 pm. Closed on Sunday.
- Appointments: message us on WhatsApp first to book a time with our document specialist.

- WhatsApp: press the WhatsApp button on this page. Message before you visit, because most requests start with a photo and need no visit at all.
Good to know
- You do not need to visit an office to start. Most requests begin with a photo on WhatsApp.
- If a document was issued abroad and you are now in the UAE, the home-country steps can usually still be arranged for you. Ask before you post anything.
- We are a private document service, not MOFA, a government office or an embassy. Official fees go to the authorities; our service fee is quoted separately and shown before you agree.
