Fees and steps checked on
We attest your company documents for the UAE from start to finish: notary or registry certification, the foreign ministry, the UAE embassy and MOFA attestation, for a branch, subsidiary, manager appointment or bank account. You start by sending photos on WhatsApp. We tell you the route and one total price before any work starts.
Price: UK company documents are from AED 4,200 plus VAT, a UK board resolution or power of attorney from AED 5,200 plus VAT, and USA company documents from AED 4,000 plus VAT, all fees included. A UAE company document needing only MOFA is from AED 2,600 plus VAT. Other countries are quoted after you share a copy. See attestation fees.
What we do for you
- We check the document list. Send photos of the documents and the list your licensing authority or bank asked for. We confirm the route and one total price, and attest only what is needed.
- We arrange certification at home. In the UK, copies, board resolutions and POAs are certified by a notary or solicitor first. In the USA, we start with the Secretary of State where the company is registered.
- We get the foreign ministry stamp. FCDO in the UK, the US Department of State, or the foreign ministry of the issuing country.
- We complete the UAE embassy and MOFA stages. For the UK and the USA, both are added on MOFA's digital route, usually in 2 to 3 working days.
- We arrange the Arabic translation where the licensing authority asks for it, through a legal translator.
Why people hand it to us
- Every stamp in one place. We handle and follow up each stage.
- One total price first. Every fee is inside the price you see before any work starts.
- Any country. Parent companies registered in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, the Philippines, Africa and the Middle East.
- Problems caught early. Resolution wording, name mismatches and expired certificates are checked before anything is submitted.

What to send us
A photo of each is enough to get your route and price:
- Each corporate document or a registry-certified copy
- Passport copies of the directors who sign the board resolution or POA
- The list of documents the licensing authority or bank asked for
- The draft board resolution and POA, if they still need to be signed
UAE company documents for use abroad
A UAE trade licence, MOA or board resolution used abroad goes to the chamber of commerce or issuing authority, then MOFA, then usually the destination embassy. Dubai Chambers attests signatures for member companies, usually in about 2 hours. See attesting UAE documents for use abroad.
What usually delays a file
- A board resolution signed before the wording is checked. If it is wrong, it must be signed and attested again.
- Documents nobody asked for. Each one adds another MOFA fee.
- An expired certificate of good standing. Some authorities want a recent one.
- Apostille only. The UAE is not in the Hague Apostille Convention, so the embassy and MOFA stamps are still needed.
We check all of this before anything is submitted. See also power of attorney attestation and commercial document attestation.
