Fees and steps checked on
In short: a UK document needs up to three steps before the UAE accepts it: a UK solicitor or notary where needed, the FCDO apostille, then the UAE Embassy London and MOFA attestation. We do all of it while you stay in the UAE. UK personal documents cost from AED 985 plus VAT and take 22 to 24 working days, or 12 to 14 working days on premium. Send a photo on WhatsApp to get your total price.
We handle your UK certificate attestation for the UAE from start to finish: the UK solicitor or notary where needed, the FCDO apostille, then the UAE Embassy in London, which now issues the embassy stamp and MOFA attestation together in digital form. You stay in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or any other emirate. You start by sending a photo on WhatsApp, and you get one total price before any work starts.
Price: UK personal documents from AED 985 plus VAT (standard, 22 to 24 working days), AED 1,200 (express, 18 working days) or AED 1,600 (premium, 12 to 14 working days), commercial documents from AED 4,200 plus VAT, all fees included. See attestation fees.
All three services work from a certified copy. For degrees and other education certificates a clear PDF is enough, so you keep your original.
What we do for you
- We check your document. Send a photo on WhatsApp. We confirm the route, the timing and one total price.
- We arrange solicitor or notary certification, where needed. Degrees, transcripts, powers of attorney, contracts and copies are certified first. Public register, court-sealed and government documents skip this step.
- We get the FCDO apostille. The FCDO Legalisation Office adds its apostille. This is the "UK foreign office document attestation" step most people mean, and the reason some call the whole UK side "UAE document legalisation". What the apostille does and does not cover is explained on UK apostille for the UAE.
- We complete the UAE Embassy London and MOFA step. The application goes through the MOFA portal and the UAE Embassy London and MOFA attest it together.
- You receive it ready to use. The attested document arrives by email and the original comes back by courier. You can confirm it at verify.mofa.gov.ae.
Why people hand it to us
- Every stamp in one place. Solicitor, FCDO, embassy and MOFA, followed up in one file.
- One total price first. Every fee is inside the price you see before any work starts.
- You stay in the UAE. The original travels by courier and the attested copy is emailed, so your visa or job paperwork can start early.
- Problems caught early. Missing certification, laminated certificates and name mismatches are checked before anything is submitted.
UK documents, times and prices
| Document | Examples | Usual time | Our total price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Personal, express | Degree, marriage, birth, divorce certificate (certified copy) | 18 working days | from AED 1,200 |
| Personal, premium | Degree, marriage, birth, divorce certificate (certified copy) | 12 to 14 working days | from AED 1,600 |
| Personal, standard | Degree, marriage, birth, divorce certificate | 22 to 24 working days | from AED 985 |
| Commercial | Certificate of incorporation, articles, certificate of good standing | 22 to 24 working days | from AED 4,200 |
| Board resolution, power of attorney | Resolution to open a UAE branch, POA for property or a company | about 24 working days | from AED 5,200 |
Each price is per document, plus VAT, and already includes the FCDO fee, the UAE embassy and MOFA fees and the courier. A solicitor or notary fee, where your document needs one, is confirmed in your quote.
Standard, express or premium? Both end with the same stamps and are accepted in every emirate. Standard suits a visa, job start or school date more than five weeks away. Premium is for a job offer with a fixed joining date, a family visa about to lapse or a licence application already filed. Send your deadline and we tell you which fits before you pay.

What to send us
A photo of the document is enough to get your route and price. Tell us which UK office issued it and your visa, job or school deadline.
What usually delays a file
- A degree sent to the FCDO without a solicitor's certification. The FCDO cannot legalise it.
- A laminated certificate. MOFA does not accept laminated documents, so a replacement is needed.
- A blurry or cropped PDF. Send every page in colour, with stamps and signatures readable.
- Stopping at the apostille. An FCDO apostille alone is not valid in the UAE.
More reasons are on why attestation gets rejected. We check all of this before anything is submitted.
