Fees and steps checked on
A Dubai visit visa lets a foreign visitor enter the UAE for a short stay, for tourism or to see family and friends. It is sometimes called a tourist visa. We check whether you need one, confirm the current options, prepare the application and submit it through our partner, a licensed typing centre in Bur Dubai.
Price: one total price on WhatsApp before any work starts.
Who needs a visa to visit Dubai
It depends on your passport.
- Some nationalities can enter the UAE without arranging a visa in advance.
- Other nationalities need a visit visa before they travel.
- Residents of other countries sometimes have their own options, depending on their residence and passport.
The list of countries and conditions changes from time to time. Send us the passport details and we confirm what applies to you before you book anything.
Common types of visit visa
Visit visas come in a few common forms:
- 30 day visit visa for a short holiday or family visit
- 60 day visit visa for a longer stay
- Single entry, for one trip into the UAE
- Multiple entry, for travellers who leave and come back during the visa period
Durations, entry rules and extension options change often. We confirm the current options for your nationality and travel plans before we apply.
Want to stay for 3 months? Longer stays are sometimes possible through an extension or a different visa type. The rules change, so ask us and we tell you what is possible for your case right now.
Documents for a Dubai visit visa
The usual documents are:
- Passport copy, valid for at least six months
- Recent passport photo on a white background
- Return ticket or hotel booking, in some cases
- Sponsor's documents, if a UAE resident is sponsoring a relative. This usually means the sponsor's passport, residence visa and Emirates ID, and sometimes proof of the relationship or the sponsor's income
We send you the exact checklist for your case on WhatsApp. Ask before you book flights, because the requirements depend on the traveller and the sponsor.
Bringing a relative to Dubai
Many residents sponsor a parent, sibling or other relative on a visit visa. The conditions depend on the relationship and the sponsor's situation. We check the current rules, prepare the application with your documents and submit it for you.
If your spouse or children are coming to live with you, a visit visa is not the long-term route. See family visa services for the residence visa. In some cases a family member can arrive on a visit visa and change status inside the UAE; we confirm whether that applies to you.
How we apply for you
- Send the details on WhatsApp: passport copy, photo, travel dates and, if a resident is sponsoring, the sponsor's documents.
- We confirm the options and reply with a checklist and one total price.
- Our partner types and submits the application through the official channels. See visa typing in Dubai.
- We follow the application and send you the visa as soon as it is issued.
- You travel with the visa and your passport.
Sponsors in Dubai can use our free document pickup and delivery anywhere in Dubai, so you do not need to visit a typing centre.
How long it takes
A complete and correct application is often processed quickly. The time is set by the authorities and can vary with the season, the nationality and the visa type. We tell you the expected time for your case before you apply. Apply well before your travel date, and do not book non-refundable flights until the visa is issued.
Common problems to avoid
- Passport valid for less than six months. Renew it before you apply.
- Spelling that does not match the passport. One letter can mean a rejected application.
- Overstaying the visa. Check the exit date or extend before it ends.
- Old photos. Use a recent photo on a white background.
Good to know
- We are a private service. We are not GDRFA, ICP or an Amer centre. We prepare and submit applications through our licensed partner, and the authorities make every decision.
- We do not promise approval or a fixed time.
- For other applications, see typing centre services in Dubai.
