We handle your UAE embassy attestation end to end: the home country steps, the UAE embassy in the issuing country and MOFA, in one file. You start by sending photos on WhatsApp and get one total price before any work starts.
Price: UK personal documents from AED 985 plus VAT, USA personal documents from AED 1,025 plus VAT and Canada from AED 1,900 plus VAT, all fees included, for the full chain including the embassy step. What we do for you
- We check your document. From your WhatsApp photo we confirm the chain and give you one total price.
- We run the home country steps. Notary where needed, then the foreign ministry, such as the UK FCDO or the US State Department.
- We file the embassy application. We apply and arrange collection of the original by the approved provider.
- We follow it up. On the digital route the embassy and MOFA stage usually takes 2 to 3 working days. On the paper route we add MOFA attestation in the UAE.
- You receive it attested. On the digital route it arrives by email and the original returns by courier.

The digital embassy route
MOFA runs a digital service through UAE missions abroad, including the UK, the USA, Jordan and Nigeria. The document comes back attested by both the UAE embassy and MOFA, so there is no separate MOFA step in the UAE. VFS Global, MOFA's dedicated provider, covers about 50 issuing countries.

If a digital application is rejected, the attestation fee is refunded automatically, but the service and delivery fee is not.

What to send us
A photo of the document is enough to get your route and price. We attest:
- Degree certificates and transcripts, for work visas, golden visas and recognition
- Marriage certificates, for family visas. See marriage certificate attestation
- Birth certificates, for children's visas and school places
- Company documents and powers of attorney, as commercial documents
- Experience letters, once notarised in the home country
What usually delays a file
- Skipping the home foreign ministry. The UAE embassy will not stamp a document its home ministry has not authenticated.
- Bundled apostilles. The UAE mission in the USA refuses them; each document needs its own.
- An apostille alone. The UAE is not in the Apostille Convention, so the embassy step is still needed. See apostille in Dubai.
- Laminated originals. They are refused at MOFA level.
