Sharjah has a huge working population that commutes, studies and raises families here, and many of those families sooner or later need a certificate attested. Our attestation services in Sharjah take that job off your hands from start to finish. If you live in Sharjah city, Al Nahda, Muwaileh or Al Khan, or across on the east coast in Kalba or Khor Fakkan, we arrange courier collection and return, so you never queue anywhere or lose a working day on the road.
This page is about the done-for-you service. If you only need the MOFA stamp on a UAE document and would rather apply online on your own, read MOFA attestation in Sharjah instead; it covers the branch, the couriers and the application screens.

Two kinds of job we handle
Foreign documents you need recognised in the UAE
Most Sharjah enquiries start with a certificate issued abroad:
- Degrees for a work permit, a promotion or a professional licence. See degree certificate attestation.
- Marriage certificates when a husband or wife joins you on a Sharjah residence visa. See marriage certificate attestation.
- Birth certificates for children's visas and school places.
- Company documents such as incorporation papers or a board resolution, needed when a business sets up or opens a branch in Sharjah.
A foreign paper normally collects stamps in its home country first, then from the UAE embassy there, and finally from MOFA. Our attestation by country page lists the route for each issuing country.
UAE documents you need to use abroad
The reverse case is just as common. Perhaps you studied at a Sharjah university and are applying for a job overseas, or a child born here needs a birth certificate accepted in your home country. Those papers go first to the UAE body that issued them, then to MOFA, then to the destination embassy in the UAE when that country requires it. We sort out the order and book each step.
How collection works from Sharjah
- Message us on WhatsApp. Send a photo of the document and say where you live and where the paper will be used.
- Receive a plan. You get the full route, a realistic timeline and the total price. Nothing is collected until you agree.
- Courier pickup. We book a courier to your Sharjah address at a time that suits you.
- Stamps in sequence. Home-country authority, UAE embassy, MOFA, and a legal translation if needed. You hear from us as each one is done.
- Courier return. The attested original comes back to the same address, together with any digital copy issued.
Where Sharjah files go wrong
- The issuer's stamp is missing. A Sharjah university or court document must carry the issuing body's own attestation before MOFA will accept it.
- An apostille is treated as enough. The UAE does not accept apostilles in place of embassy attestation, so foreign papers still need the UAE embassy step.
- The certificate has been laminated. It can no longer be stamped.
- The translation happens first. Translating before the foreign stamps can mean paying for it twice.
What to send us
Send a clear photo of the document, the passport page of the holder and your Sharjah area. For a document from abroad, tell us the issuing country and where it will be used. We reply with the route, the time and the total price. Nothing is collected until you agree.
Checking the finished attestation
When the attested original comes back, the MOFA stamp shows a reference number and issue date. Enter both at verify.mofa.gov.ae, or follow MOFA attestation verification, before you submit the document to an employer, school or visa office.
A private service, clearly
We are a private document service with an office in Bur Dubai, not MOFA, an embassy or any government office. MOFA permits applications on another person's behalf, which is how we file for Sharjah customers. Living in the capital instead? See our attestation services in Abu Dhabi.
