Fees and steps checked on
Belarus certificate attestation for the UAE ends in a fully digital step. The UAE Embassy in Minsk lists Belarus-issued documents as digital attestation only, which means the embassy stamp and MOFA attestation are issued together and sent by email. Before that, a Belarusian diploma needs the Ministry of Education, and every document needs the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Two Belarusian routes

In Belarus, different bodies handle different kinds of paper: the Ministry of Education deals with documents from educational authorities, the Ministry of Justice with court documents, and the foreign ministry with most others. Getting the first office right avoids a return trip.

Fees
Every official fee and the courier are included in the total price you get before any work starts. That covers the Belarusian ministry and translation charges too.
Problems specific to Belarus
- Russian or Belarusian text. Certificates are in Russian, Belarusian or both, and MOFA needs Arabic, English or a certified translation. The sworn translation is done before the Belarusian ministry step. For additional Arabic copies in the UAE, see legal translation in Dubai.
- Transliteration. A name can be spelled one way from Russian and another from Belarusian. The translation should follow your passport.
- Soviet-era documents. Older certificates may need a fresh copy from the registry or the archive first. Send a copy and we check.
- Original needed. Even though the result is digital, the physical original is still collected. Do not send scans only.
- Current arrangements. Courier and payment arrangements involving Belarus can change. We confirm the current route when you send a copy.
From inside the UAE
You never need to travel to Minsk. From Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah you can start a degree certificate attestation for a work permit or a marriage certificate attestation to sponsor family, and the original moves by courier.
