Kyrgyzstan certificate attestation makes a Kyrgyz diploma, birth certificate or marriage certificate valid for a UAE work permit or family visa. What sets Kyrgyzstan apart is the embassy stage. Two embassy routes, one answer per file
In 2025 a UAE Embassy opened in Bishkek, on Abdrahmanova Street, and it now appears on MOFA's list of missions. MOFA has not published an attestation page for it yet. So for Kyrgyz documents we confirm, file by file, whether the embassy stamp comes from the Kyrgyz Embassy in the UAE or from the new UAE Embassy in Bishkek. Steps in Kyrgyzstan
- Notarisation and translation. Russian or Kyrgyz text is translated into English or Arabic, and the copy or translation is notarised.
- Ministry of Education. Only for diplomas, transcripts and school certificates.
- Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Legalises the document for use abroad.
- Embassy step. Kyrgyz Embassy in the UAE (VFS route) or the UAE Embassy in Bishkek, as confirmed for your file.
- MOFA in the UAE. The final attestation.

A power of attorney that covers a company, a sale or a bank mandate is treated as commercial at MOFA, so the fee in the UAE jumps to the much higher commercial rate. Tell us what the power of attorney is for, and the quote reflects the right category from the start.
Where Kyrgyz files usually go wrong
- An apostille from the Ministry of Justice. Kyrgyzstan's apostille office is quick, up to two working days, but the stamp is for Convention countries. It does not replace the foreign ministry for the UAE.
- Skipping education. A diploma sent straight to the foreign ministry can be returned.
- Translation spelling. Russian names carry patronymics that UAE forms do not. Translators should follow the Latin spelling in your passport, and we keep a passport copy with the file.
- Laminated certificates. MOFA refuses laminated originals.

Working from inside the UAE
You can stay in Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman while the Kyrgyz steps run. A relative in Bishkek or Osh can hand the original to the notary and ministry, or it travels by courier. If an Arabic version is needed for a UAE court or ministry, we add legal translation in Dubai at the end rather than translating twice.
