The usual shape of the route
- Issuing office. University, civil registry, court or notary in North Macedonia.
- Translation. Documents in Macedonian or Albanian are translated into English or Arabic by a certified translator.
- Macedonian ministry step. The competent ministry certifies the document for use abroad. Which ministry signs depends on the document type, and we confirm it with your copy.
- UAE mission step. The UAE office responsible for North Macedonian documents at the time of your application.
- MOFA in the UAE. The last stamp, unless the mission step already includes MOFA through digital attestation.

Macedonian fees depend on the office. Every official fee and the courier are included in the total price you get before any work starts.
Issues specific to Macedonian files
- Former country name. Documents issued before 2019 show "Republic of Macedonia". This is the same state; we flag it in the file so no one at a UAE counter questions it.
- Two languages. Certificates may be in Macedonian, Albanian or both. One certified translation into English or Arabic is enough for MOFA; a UAE court may want Arabic through legal translation in Dubai.
- Cyrillic names. Match the translation to your passport spelling.
- Apostilled already? Keep it. The apostille does no harm, but the UAE steps are still needed.
